The site is situated to the western side of Windmill Road at the intersection with the Great West Road (A4) in Brentford, West London. The site spans 637m2 and is presently vacant following clearance in recent years. Previously it contained a car repairs building and a two-storey office building along with a single residential dwelling.

The Windmill Road project comprises of a five-storey building including office/commercial floorspace along with 9 residential units (4x1Bed, 4×2 Bed, and 1×3 Bed) and 9 parking spaces in the basement. The structure is an RC frame with flat slabs on piled foundations and a single storey basement under the whole site formed utilising contiguous piled walls.
