Wembley High Road, Phase 2

Wembley High Road, Phase 2 includes the demolition of the existing 3 to 7 storey buildings along 390-406 High Road Wembley and the redevelopment of the site to accommodate two new purpose-built student accommodation buildings with a mix of hard and soft landscaping, new public realm and play space.

Phase 2 includes two purpose-built towers 22 and 20 storeys for student accommodation above 1st floor, with a single-storey basement and ground floor connected by a podium level for ancillary communal facilities, internal and external amenity space and cycle parking.

The structural frame comprises reinforced concrete framing with flat slab construction, supported on piled foundations. Additional complexity added to the project by vicinity of Network Rail tracks requiring APA application.
