Wembley High Road, Phase 1 includes the demolition of the existing 3 to 7 storey buildings along 390-406 High Road Wembley and the redevelopment of the site to accommodate two new purpose-built student accommodation buildings with a mix of hard and soft landscaping, new public realm and play space.
Phase 1 is 16-storeys with mixed commercial and amenity areas at ground, 1st floor and roof level, with student accommodation above second floor.
