Welwyn Garden City

A high-quality, four-storey care home is proposed for the Broadwater Road location.

This project predominantly features a cladding composed of brick and render materials. WBD was responsible for designing the SFS infill panels, coordinating closely with all façade penetration systems. Additionally, calculations and designs were conducted for window and door bracketry. The process also encompassed the generation of setting-out and fabrication drawings, ensuring coordination of the façade components.
