The Mill

The Mill is one of Ipswich’s most recognisable waterfront developments, comprising multiple higher-risk residential buildings overlooking the town’s historic marina. Following many years of delays, the project has entered a significant new phase with approval from the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) for the cladding replacement works, allowing the remediation programme to progress towards completion.

The scheme includes comprehensive façade remediation works to improve fire safety, meet the latest Building Safety Act requirements, and deliver a safer, fully compliant residential development while preserving this landmark waterfront building.
