Rutley Close

Rutley Close comprises of six existing bungalow homes and the podium that the units sit on, which is partly subterranean and contains the disused car park. It’s set within the wider Rutley Close development in Kennington, which currently consists of five residential blocks and the podium structure.

The car park will be transformed into 25 new homes as part of Southwark Council’s programme to improve underused sites and enhance existing buildings, improves the landscape and completes the corner of the urban block.
