Millharbour Phase 1

Millharbour Phase 1 is located in the north of the Isle of Dogs, within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The site is bound by Mastmaker Road to the West, Marsh Wall to the North, Millharbour to the East, and a new Galliard Homes development called Harbour Central to the South. The site covers the first phase of a tw0-phase development.

It is the development of more than 1,500 new homes, 145,000 sq. ft. of education space and 63,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. Set in extensive parkland where a new major cultural venue looks across playgrounds, sports courts, two onsite primary schools, and a host of retail that lead onto the waterfront.
