Marsden

Marsden is a major façade remediation project in Leeds, upgrading building safety to meet current regulatory requirements. The works replace key façade elements, install compliant fire barriers, and remove combustible insulation.

The scheme was designed to retain as much of the existing structure as possible, minimising unnecessary replacement while delivering a coordinated, fully compliant engineering solution.
