Lyttleton House

The Lyttleton House proposed development involves the demolition of the existing buildings and the erection of a part 4 and part 5 storey building to create 25 self-contained dwellings; refuse and recycling facilities; cycle storage; landscaping and external works. The structural frame for the building comprises reinforced concrete framing with flat slab construction and includes precast concrete balconies and columns along with a light-weight steel frame roof structure.
