Lot 37 (Block 699)

A Zaha Hadid design, Lot 37 is a street-level art gallery on West 28th Street. It is a new, ground-up, single-storey steel structure with custom stainless steel and glass facade. WBD carried out 3D modelling, Clash Detection, 4D, 5D and Data Analysis.
