Goschen Estate

The development site at Goschen Estate is located in the London Borough of Southwark and is part of the wider Regeneration Scheme.

The proposed development comprises of 17 residential units (6 one-bedroom, 6 two-bedroom, and 5 three-bedroom flats) provided across two residential blocks, a northern block of 4 storeys, and a southern block of 5 storeys, both with associated infrastructure. A total of 36 off-street parking spaces will also be provided as part of the proposals. A rail line passes approximately 7m to the east of the site.
