The Frampton Arms proposed development involves the erection of three 5 storey buildings to create 20 self-contained dwellings; refuse and recycling facilities; cycle storage; and re-landscaping of the existing courtyard and parking area between Sherard House and Catesby House. The structural frame for all three buildings comprise reinforced concrete framing with flat slab construction and includes precast concrete balconies and columns.
