Deanston Wharf

Located between Royal Wharf and Lyle Park to the west of the development, Deanston Wharf comprises 769 residential units 1,125 sq.m of commercial space. The ten blocks that will make up Deanston Wharf will sit adjacent to many of the buildings that make up Phase 3 of Royal Wharf. The site is currently occupied by a large warehouse used by a document management company, but once completed will give access for Royal Wharf residents through to Lyle Park, and a continuation of the River Thames path.

The site is proposed to be comprehensively redeveloped to provide a residential-led, mixed-use development comprising four separate building plots occupied by ten buildings ranging in height from 9 to 19 storeys. A single-storey basement will accommodate 250 car parking spaces and new public and communal open space including public realm and extended riverside walkway.
