Cross County Mall Regeneration Project

This 71-acre retail centre underwent a redevelopment, which included a 75,000-square foot addition to the existing department store and a new structured parking facility. Each of the 15 retail buildings underwent architectural enhancements to the public spaces, including new plantings, lighting, fountains, and seating and play areas for younger children.
