Creed Court

The project consists of the demolition of the existing office building at Creed Court with part façade retention and the construction of a 150 bedroom 4-star Curio by Hilton Hotel consisting of several basement levels and 6-storey building above ground.

WBD’s involvement on this project consisted of temporary works design related to the adoption of existing façade retention and basement retaining wall supports to allow demolition of temporary foundation and excavation of double storey basement.

New stability tower was introduced to provide support to existing façade raking props while kingposts (steel columns embedded into concrete piles) were utilised to re-support existing retaining walls.
