This two block 3-storey traditional structure provided a logistical challenge in the brickwork with the variations of directions and cantilevers on the first floor of the structure.
All the drainage was designed by WBD. This included the design of SUDS features (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems). All the externals on site were designed by WBD. This included the pavement design for the pedestrian and vehicular areas.
WBD provided the services to complete the planning conditions. These involved Surface Water Schemes, Transport Logistics Plans, Basement Impact Assessments and Construction Method Statements.
