Camden Goods Yard

Camden Goods Yard is an 8-acre mixed-use regeneration development located between Camden Town and Primrose Hill, transforming a former industrial site into a vibrant new neighbourhood in the heart of Camden.

The development comprises 573 new homes across eight buildings, alongside landscaped public spaces, community facilities, retail spaces and resident amenities including wellness suites, cinema rooms, maker workshops, residents’ lounges and a swimming pool.

Drawing on the site’s rich industrial heritage, the scheme combines contemporary architecture with generous green spaces to create a sustainable and connected environment for residents, businesses and the wider community.
