716 Lincoln Place project site is located on the southern side of Lincoln Place between Rodgers Avenue and Nostrand Avenue. The site is bounded to the east and west by 3-story residential buildings. A concrete yard area is present along the southern property line and separates the site from a 5-story residential building. The project site is currently occupied by a single-story community center, which is built at grade.
