65 Fleet Street is a redevelopment in the City of London, creating purpose-built student accommodation alongside new cultural space, improved public realm and the restoration of The Tipperary — the Grade II-listed pub known as London’s oldest Irish pub.

Working with HG Construction, WBD Group provided specialist temporary works and structural design, carefully considering the existing structures within a sensitive heritage setting.
