41st Street

41st Street is a new construction of 3-storey commercial/community facility building with a 4-storey deep basement. Our role was to provide the temporary works design for the project along with a sequence of works for the basement carpark including underpinning neighboring buildings. During the bidding process, we provided 3D images of the sequence of works to aid in the visualisation of the scope of works.
