Temporary Works

This development has a double basement. The site is adjacent to the river Thames with a dock wall dividing the site and the river. The method of construction was top down as access to the site was difficult to achieve. The donut slab was used to support heavy plant and vehicles. The core will be constructed using Jumpform technique. WBD provided an independent Cat III check on areas deemed high risk. We also performed a full analysis of the permanent structure to help resolve construction logistical problems.
